Our fine team includes the following exceptional individuals:
Serina Burrill, DAII, Patient Care Coordinator and Office Manager
By way of Asheville, she is a longtime North Carolina resident. She is our experienced certified DAII and patient care coordinator. From scheduling, filing insurance claims to treatment consultations and post-operative follow-up care, she will assist you in all aspects of your experience in our practice. Serina has been with Dr. Dyer since our opening in 2002.
JoAnn Cook, RDH
She is a Concord native and former certified Dental Assistant II and current Registered Dental Hygienist. JoAnn enjoys all aspects of Dental Hygiene including continuing education and patient education. Graduated Central Piedmont Community College’s Dental Hygiene program and began full time with Dr. Dyer in 2003.
Daines Reed, RDH
She is a Charlotte resident for 8 years and is a graduate of the dental assisting program at Coastal Carolina Community College at Camp Lejune, NC. She then graduated from Central Piedmont Community College’s Dental Hygiene program in 2001. She is a wife, mother, sister, and daughter who enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading. Full-time Registered Hygienist with Dr. Dyer since 2003.
Vickey Bakousis, DAII
Native Charlottean and CPCC graduate. Certified DAII, Vickey is family oriented and strongly tied to activities in Charlotte’s Greek community. She works closely with Dr. Dyer and patients during restorative appointments. Vickey has been with Dr. Dyer since 2005.
Cecilia Arzate, Patient Care Coordinator
She is a former California resident and longtime Charlotte resident. Strong background in financing and customer satisfaction.
Cecilia has been employed with Dr. Dyer since 2004, handling front desk customer relations, scheduling and insurance expert.
